Carnival to bring back "Behind the Fun" tour in February

Carnival Cruise Lines Brand Ambassador John Heald said on Facebook that the popular "Behind the Fun" tour would resume some time in February.

The program, which gives guests a behind the scenes look at the unseen operations of the ship, has been sidelined since the COVID-19 Pandemic shut down cruising in March 2020.

Heald had been receiving questions on his Facebook page regarding the tour since COVID-19 protocols began to relax. Mostly, he had declined to provide any concrete timeline. However, he began responding with the potential February re-launch date for the program as recently as Sunday. He did not provide an exact date.

"Behind the Fun" was available for guests to book as an onboard activity for an additional fee. The cost could run anywhere between $55 to $95 USD.
